Important Information Before Booking
- We do not set up on dirt, gravel, or uneven surfaces.
- Face paint is strictly prohibited on all equipment.
- A refundable cleaning deposit of $100–$150 is required. This will be returned within 2–3 business days after your event, provided no cleaning is needed.
- A delivery fee applies and varies by location.
- Deliveries to buildings, hotels, or those requiring elevator access start at $200+.
